Event Times:

8:00-9:00: Team packet pick-up, organization gathering.
9:00-10:00: 5k run/walk
10:00-11:00: Post-race party, awards and charity presentation.

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc.) and post-race party (beer-food-music) will take place at Picnic Area #6 within Blydenburgh Park.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will start and finish at Picnic area #6 and will take place entirely within the confines of beautiful Blydenburgh Park, mostly on the path around the lake.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party will feature a free bagel buffet and a wide variety of beverages; some alcoholic when possible. For teams that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own organization picnic. We will have plenty of picnic and banquet table seating available for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 10:30 am for largest team, team with best tee shirt, best fundraising team and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking will be available in the large lot at picnic areas 1-6 with overflow parking available nearby.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday October 1st at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday October 3rd at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race morning and join his or her team as a race night registrant.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
